Role Overview
We are looking for a Channel Support Officer to manage and support assigned franchisees. The role involves backend operations, MIS reporting, administrative coordination, and relationship management to ensure smooth channel operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate with assigned franchisees
• Handle backend operations and basic accounting activities
• Prepare and manage MIS reports
• Perform administrative coordination and support activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Extract, analyze, and present data using MS Excel
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
• Graduation from a recognized university (Commerce / Science preferred)
• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Age below 3-5 years (preferred)
• Language proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English (mandatory)
• Strong experience in backend operations and accounting
• Hands-on experience with MIS and administrative coordination
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency
