Full job description

Skill: Customer To Cash / Record to Report (C2C/R2R) – Team Member
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA (Approx. ₹50K–₹58K monthly CTC)
Job Location: TCS Mihan, Nagpur – SEZ
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation preferred – B.Com, M.Com, or similar
• Candidates should be flexible with rotational and night shifts

Must Have Skills

• Reconciliation experience

Good to Have Skills

• Experience in C2C role working on Oracle

Required Skills

• Finance & Accounting exposure
• General Ledger accounting
• Journal Entry preparation and posting
• Bank Reconciliation Statement preparation
• Cash, Card, and other tender reconciliations
• Understanding of Revenue Recognition process

Desirable Skills

• Relevant experience in General Accounting / Outsourcing R2R Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Journal entry preparation and posting in ERP
• Preparation of month-end schedules for different tenders
• Manage general accounting processes and journal entries
• Prepare documents for internal and external audits
• Handle R2R transaction processing with accuracy and timelines
• Flexibility to manage month-end close activities
• Resolve accounting-related issues with team leads
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
