JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: E-commerce Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year (E-commerce experience mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Handle inventory management, stock updates, and pricing strategies across all e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings, and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Create and manage ocean shipments on dashboards, ensuring proper tracking and coordination.
• Track and analyse sales performance, promotions, and marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Coordinate closely with demand planning, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, insights, and performance analysis.
• Monitor stock levels and sales trends to maintain a balanced supply-demand cycle.
• Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations
• Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, etc. . (Preferred for Blinkit)
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
